    • 1  Contact your Account Representative at 323-848-8850.

    • 2  If you are using the link on our website, simply enter your username and password in the provided areas, then click on the logon on button.  If you make a mistake and need to reenter your username and password, click on the clear button.

    • 3  It makes data transfers quick and easy.  No need to have your items delivered or picked up.  Changes or updates to your data can be handled quickly.

    • 4  If you are using the link on our website, then the ftp site uses drag and drop to transfer files.

    • 5  Drag the file you wish to upload to the MMS FTP window and drop the file on  the folder displaying your logon id.  Once the data is upload successfully, your file will appear in the MMS FTP along with the file folder;  this folder is a place holder for drag and drop operations.

    • 6  The files in your storage area are write protected for your protection.  Uploaded files must have a different name than files currently in your storage area.

    • 7  No, only people within your organization that have your username and password will have access to your data.

    • Please email ftphelp@mercurymailing.com.  Be sure to include your name, your company name, and telephone number where you can be reached.

    • 9  Yes.  The settings for your program are: URL - http://www.mercurymailing.com and port - 26.  Your username and password are the same.

    • 10 Because we are using HTTP to transfer the files instead of FTP, the browser often caches the information;  to eliminate this problem, click on the file transfer window and press "F5" to refresh the information.  This will reload the information in the browser.
